Field study of geological problems using advanced methods. Field exercises will normally be conducted away from Calgary for about 10-12 days preceding the Fall Term or following the Winter Term.
This course may not be repeated for credit.
Notes
- This course occurs in rugged field conditions and varying weather, for which participants must be prepared and equipped. It may occur outside Canada. Students will be required to cover food and accommodation costs, and a supplemental fee will be assessed to cover the costs of equipment and other resources. Students will require consent of the department to drop this course.

- Geology 333 or 311; Geology 381; Geology 435; Geology 445 or 341 and consent of the Department.
