Earth Science Building Ugrades:  Revised 17 January 2012   

- Sprinklers/Fire Alarms:  Most floors are now wired for the new alarms and strobe lights.  Work  continues on the lower floors with the sprinkler installations.  There has been some holdup making the final connections to existing equipment and additional parts are on order.  System testing and replacement of the ceiling tiles will be delayed unitl November or December. 

-Washrooms:   Everything  has come to a standstill with budgetary delays.  It is unclear when the upgrades to upper floor washrooms will proceed.  Renovations to the main floor washrooms have also been heldup.

-Renovations to ES107 and ES245 will soon be starting.
