FATS (Friday Afternoon Talk Series)
The Friday Afternoon Talk Series (FATS) is a longstanding department tradition where we bring in a range of speakers from industry and academia to speak on a range of topis in Geoscience. Talks are from 4 - 5, goodies, tea and coffee are always provided. Bring your own mug!

Topic: Graham will be talking about structural and tectonic aspects of one of the world's most important hydrocarbon provinces, the Zagros Foldbelt. Based on field work in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, this talk discusses a new scheme for subdividing the region into belts of similar structural style.
